Senior women leaders are often the ones everyone depends on. You are leading teams, making decisions, managing expectations, navigating complexity, and staying composed under pressure.
But often, the woman everyone depends on is also carrying far more than people realize.
This week on the Empowerment Minutes Podcast, we explore The Unseen Leadership Weight: How to Lighten the Load.
In this episode, we reflect on the hidden pressure many senior women leaders carry, why strength does not cancel out weight, and how the Law of the Environment reminds us that sustainable leadership requires the right support, space, and conditions to thrive.
Because lightening the load is not about lowering your standards or doing less. It is about leading in a way that is sustainable, supported, and aligned with the high-stakes season you are in.
If this conversation resonates with you, watch this space over the coming days. This week, I will be sharing more about a special live briefing I am hosting on June 10.
